Hello! My name is Dan and I have been a real estate agent since 2014. I actually began my real estate career a year before that, as I purchased and renovated 4 rental homes in 2013. At the time I simply wanted to invest in local real estate as a long term investment, but came to really enjoy the whole process so much, that I decided to obtain my license and enter the industry. It's been a crazy last decade for real estate, and I'm glad I started when I did to really watch and be in tune with all that has happened.
I work equally hard for every client - no matter your timeframe, price range, or assistance needed throughout the buying/selling process.
